What we process

We process account details, Voice Profile preferences, conversations you choose to provide, and usage records needed to operate and secure the service. Avoid sharing information the coach does not need.

Screenshots

Uploaded images are validated and processed in memory for text extraction. This application does not save the original image. Extracted text is shown for correction and must be confirmed before coaching. Your configured AI provider may process the image under its own data terms.

Storage and deletion

Confirmed conversation text and generated coaching are retained until you delete the conversation or account. Account deletion removes owned sessions, generations, usage records, and authentication records. Operational backups may age out according to your MongoDB provider’s configured retention window.

Your controls

You can export your data, delete individual conversations, or delete your account from Privacy controls. Conversations are never made public by the product.
